Hoppler Inc., a real estate brokerage, was my very first employer. It started out under the name Housing Interactive before splitting into two entities, one of which became Hoppler. I was their second multimedia designer, tasked with revamping marketing materials, refining the brand identity, producing video campaigns, and contributing to website design and development. I also took on photography and videography assignments.
As a recent graduate in my first company role, I faced immediate pressure to elevate Hoppler's branding and marketing. It was my first branding project, and exhibition deadlines were approaching. I had to master branding techniques quickly while managing deliverables across digital, print, and video.
Working under tight constraints, I prioritised clear communication to fully understand the requirements. I set up a streamlined workflow with checklists, keyboard shortcuts, and systematic asset organisation, and teamwork was essential for efficiency. As I learned my employer's preferences, I created branding and marketing materials that served the company for 5–6 years.
