Next Project Leads is a lead-generation initiative by EMG Virtual Assistance Services, a Philippines-based agency focused on building predictable, sales-ready pipelines for growing businesses. The platform specializes in done-for-you outbound services including prospect list building, campaign strategy, copywriting, and CRM hygiene, paired with multichannel execution across LinkedIn, email, and high-intent landing pages. With an emphasis on compliance, data-driven outreach, and clear reporting, Next Project Leads streamlines the path from first touch to booked meeting.
Challenges
When Next Project Leads was handed over for development, the existing WordPress site was left incomplete and unstable. It relied heavily on templates, contained bugs and broken integrations, and lacked real e-commerce functionality. Core features such as add-to-cart and checkout were missing, resulting in poor usability and low conversion potential.
Solution
Developed by Blaise Lavandero, the website was redesigned and rebuilt for clarity, speed, and conversion. The project included implementing WooCommerce with service-based products, setting up a streamlined add-to-cart and checkout flow, and integrating secure payments via PayPal and debit/credit cards. The interface was modernized, integrations were fixed, and performance was optimized end-to-end—resulting in a fully functional, conversion-ready website achieving a 98–99% speed score. Clients can now select services and complete payments seamlessly in just a few steps.
Features
Add-to-Cart
Clients can add one or multiple services to the cart as a one-time purchase. Each service follows a clearly defined delivery timeline, with standard delivery set at five days per service. The cart experience is straightforward and optimized to reduce friction before checkout.
Checkout and Payments
Developed by Blaise Lavandero, the checkout flow was designed to be guided, fast, and conversion-focused. Clients are presented with optional add-ons for service upgrades, along with a short questionnaire to capture project requirements at checkout.
Secure payments are supported via PayPal, debit and credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay—ensuring a smooth and trustworthy transaction experience across devices.
